Shrink leather with firm grain

This is tanned leather that has been drum tanned at a tannery in Hyogo Prefecture.

We handle a wide range of raw hides and types of cowhide from a variety of production areas, and can handle a variety of custom tanning orders, from thin raw hides to 4mm thicker leather, and are produced by tanners who specialize in tanning. Tanned leather .

Generally, a mimosa-based tannin agent is used for tanning, but in addition to mimosa, this leather uses expensive quebracho to improve the tightness of the fibers and give it a moderate firmness. I am.

The shrink leather is approximately 2.0mm thick, but by dry-beating it with a drum over a period of approximately 2 days, it becomes firmly grained, creating a powerful and expressive finish.

The fabric is called F-Nuki. We use the raw hides of domestic beef cattle, and the average size is about 240 to 270 ds, which is large, but because it shrinks by about 10 to 20% by dry firing, the average size is reduced to about 200 to 240 ds. .

Since it is made from inland hides, there are almost no branding marks, and there are relatively few natural marks compared to overseas hides.

This is an original product of the Fukuoka office, which was ordered and completed by the Fukuoka office.
