<Production process>
The leather is roughly cut to the desired width, then the thickness is adjusted and the leather is cut again. After that, both ends of the leather are folded in half, and the piece is sewn together with a sewing machine.
<About seams>
Since the minimum length for connecting our leather cords is set at 30cm, in some cases there may be several seams .
<About the parts of leather>
The leather cut from the half-cutting is randomly connected, so the string is made with a mixture of the back and belly sides, and within the 10 meters there are both fine and loose fibres.
