Volpi Concerie is a tannery that operates in the leather district of Ponte a Egola in central Tuscany, Italy, and primarily produces vegetable-tanned leather.

Since its founding in 1951, Volpi Concerie has created simple and natural products, step by step.

We are one of the few long-established tanneries in Italy that can produce thick leather for shoe soles that require durability.

Volpi's vegetable tanned products are manufactured using traditional tanning methods that use plant-derived tannins (tanning agents) and require the skills and experience of skilled craftsmen over a period of two months. Masu.

The combination of pit tanning and drum tanning produces just the right amount of elasticity, making the leather easy to use not only for belts, bags, and shoes, but also for accessories.

It is deeply impregnated with vegetable tannins and packed with fibers, making it extremely durable.

Enjoy the natural appearance of the leather as it changes over time without any unnecessary makeup on the surface.

Tuscan vegetable tanned leather guarantee logo

VOLPI's leather has a quality guarantee trademark issued by PELLE CONCIATA AL VEGETALE IN TOSCANA in the Tuscan region, which has a distinctive handprint logo, and is genuine Tuscan leather. Guaranteed to be vegetable tanned leather.

<Attention>

Italian leather has a lot of color blurring. Even if you purchase a sample book, it may arrive in a completely different color, so please use this as a guide only.

If you cannot tolerate color blurring, please refrain from purchasing.

This product is called a double shoulder, which is the part from the cow's neck to the shoulder.

There are many stripes called tigers, and some have deep stripes depending on the individual.

Unlike the half-cut leather that is distributed in Japan, it does not include the berry (ventral side), so it is more expensive, but since there are many usable parts, you can use it all the way to the edges of the leather, reducing loss.
