ハードなプルアップが特徴のオイルワックスレザー 汎用性の高い1.8mm前後のオイルレザーです。 弊社が取り扱う栃木レザーの中で一番人気のジーンズをベースに、銀面を軽くペーパーで削り、オイルワックスをたっぷりと吹き付けてから特殊なアイロンでプレスしています。 折り曲げたり、裏側から圧をかける事で、色の濃淡が出る状態をプルアップと言います。 プルアップレザーにありがちな、オイルがベタベタな質感ではなく、仕上げに樹脂コーティングしているので、サラッと手触りの良い質感に仕上がっています。 細心の注意を払って製造していますが、製造工程上避けられないプルアップした部分が出る場合がございます。 ピット鞣しのヌメ革ですがオイルを多分に含んでいる為、しっとりとしなやかでもっちりとした質感が様々な用途に使いやすくなっています。 じっくりと時間をかけて植物タンニンを革に浸透させるピット鞣しですので、繊維がしっかりと締まっており、コバ処理剤を使用したコバ磨きを行う事で、切り目の処理も綺麗に仕上がります。 ②焼印率高め、ナチュラルマークが比較的多い個体 を使用している為、基本的にナチュラルマークが比較的多い革になります。 革のコンディションについて詳しくはこちら...

国内でも数少ないピット槽でタンニン鞣しを行う昭南皮革のヌメ革 しっかりとタンニンが詰まった厚口の革なので、ショルダーですがショルダーストラップやハンドルなどにもお使い頂けます。 兵庫県姫路市の御着地域にある昭南皮革工業所は、国内では数社しか残っていない、ピット槽にてタンニン鞣しを行っている数少ないタンナー。 靴底用の革からバッグや小物用の革など、フルタンニン鞣しのヌメ革をメインに製造されています。 昭南皮革の革には独自にブレンドしたオリジナルオイルが使われており、厚口のヌメ革でも、しなやかな柔らかさとコシ感を併せ持っているのが特徴です。 ピット鞣しとは、地面に掘られた槽に植物タンニン鞣し剤を貯め、革を約3週間ほど漬け込んで鞣す鞣し方法。 革に負担がかかりにくく、繊維の芯まで時間をかけてじっくりとタンニンを浸透させるので、堅牢で重厚なヌメ革を作ることができます。
